With the election of a Conservative minority government in Canada on January 23, several key issues must be watched carefully as power changes hands.

     One of those issues is health care. In the past, Prime Minister-designate Stephen Harper has argued that the Canada Health Act should be repealed. But during the campaign we learned that Harper had "evolved" as he assured Canadians he supported universal health care.
