BUSH’S ILLEGAL WIRETAPPING

When it was disclosed last December that U.S. President George W. Bush had illegally authorized wiretaps on American citizens making international calls, the White House was caught off guard.
Now the Bush administration is seeking to limit leaks of classified information and have launched initiatives targeting journalists and their possible government sources. According to The Washington Post, "These efforts include several FBI probes, a polygraph investigation inside the CIA and a warning from the Justice Department that reporters could be prosecuted under espionage laws."
