2003 horror movie Wrong TurnHow’s this for a movie synopsis? A group of smart young people –3 boys, 3 girls– get lost in the West Virginia woods and most of them get eaten by misshapen, inbred cannibals.

     It would nice to believe that this is some kind of satire on bad taste or prejudice. And perhaps the filmmakers might even try and argue that it is. But no, it isn’t really. Wrong Turn is exactly what it sounds like. The synopsis doesn’t mislead in the least....
