Fintan Kilbride was a man of vision. Because of that vision, many people –including myself– were able to have one of the most profound experiences of our lives.
Fintan Joseph Kilbride was born on March 18, 1927. He died on December 21, 2006 after a courageous battle with cancer. In 1992, Fintan began an organization called Students Crossing Borders. So rather than having two trips to Jamaica, there was only one (under the tutelage of Lynn Caruso). Our son Josh took that trip. He then returned to Jamaica to share the experience with me in the summer of 2006.
